Carbon fiber canes are light, strong, and customizable — one of the few margin products in assistive devices. What you clarify with the factory before the order decides whether your branded cane becomes a point of difference or slow-moving stock.

Custom Patterns from 100 Units: Tooling Is No Longer the Barrier

Most carbon fiber canes on the market use stickers or post-sprayed prints that peel and fade over time. To get a pattern no one else has, many factories ask you to pay for tooling — others start at 2,000 units per mold, which small brands can never reach.
